Have you ever hit a wall? Found yourself thirsting spiritually and physically exhausted? Troubled with the tasks of family, work, self-care, and household – Even burned out??  Or perhaps you have engaged in prayer for years and are wondering if you have reached the limits of this spiritual practice.  Is there more for you?
Take an afternoon for yourself!!
Give yourself time to share, learn, reflect and recharge!

Join women from St. Paul’s, La Trinidad, and First UMC in an afternoon retreat study. UMWomen of these churches are very excited and humbled that Pastor Brenda Vaca, of La Trinidad and Pastor Jennifer Goto have agreed to lead us in study and exploration of these challenges and opportunities of our lives.

The afternoon luncheon and study is open to all women. Carpools can be arranged, as we travel to the lovely Woodhaven House at Willow Glen UMC.  The cost is $15.00 per person.  Scholarships are available so all women interested may attend.
