Ministry With Children
Each Sunday during the second half of worship, the children meet with their Sunday School teacher to explore a Bible Story together. The time is filled with crafts, laughter, hands on prayer practices, and learning. The class is geared toward elementary school students, but those older join in the fun as well at times.
Younger children (infants to preschool) are invited to be cared for by our staff in our childcare room or to worship with their parents. Many times, families will bring a blanket and some toys in order to relax and have room for the toddlers to move at the back of the Sanctuary. This congregation rejoices in the voices and noises of young ones among us. You will find a supportive community for your family here.

Special Events
Each year we take part in special events extending God's love to the children in our neighborhood. This year, we had a game booth at the South University Neighborhood Halloween Carnival. On Easter Sunday, we hold an Egg Hunt, this year in our neighborhood park.
SUN at the Park

St. Paul's is working with South University Neighborhood and CommUniverCity at San Jose State to bring families back to our neighborhood park. We do this through informal play dates as well as organized events.
