Prayer for Peace

Shocked.  Aggrieved.  Furious. 
Oh God.  Help us see clearly right from wrong.  Help us speak the true for peace, help us lead the world to reconciliation, help us find ways to love.   Help us see when we are fooled into division. 
Help us reject the easy solution of violence. 
Help us extend a safe harbor to the world, help us offer a change of mind to all in desperation. 
Help us act as the loving neighbor and bring hope in our community.
